See...because there's no one at the Film Deviant office...so, there's crickets chirping. Get it? Come to think of it...there's no real Film Deviant office. More like a Film Deviant closet from which I post these articles that no one ever reads. Well...except for you...because you're cool and you've decided to join me here on my odd little rant.
Anyway...GET OUT! Seriously...Get...The Fuck...Out! Holy Christ, guys! I did not see this coming. Usually whenever I here about a new Peele movie...I'm over here going...OMG! Those Key and Peele guys are frickin' hilar-ious! I can't wait to see whatever they're doing. However...when I first heard about this particular film...I pretty much said something along the lines of..."Ha...that's cute." Well...Jesus McFuckingstuff...will you look at this egg all over my face. For real...you can probably make like 3 McMuffins with all of this goddamn egg on my face...because GET OUT looks pretty serious! Serious like a black man trapped with weirdo white people who have strange Jacob's Ladder powers of evil kind of serious! I need to see this right now!
I guess the trailer will have to do at this particular moment, tho. Check it...
GET OUT looks so goddamn intense I just made a stinky in this closet while watching it. I'm sorry that I shared that. The film stars Daniel Kaluuya, Catherine Keener, Allison Williams, Bradley Whitford, Caleb Landry Jones, Lil Rel Howery, and Keith Stanfield. The film is scheduled to be released on February 24, 2017, by Universal Pictures. Mr. Jordan Peele...if you are reading this (doubtful)...let me offer a loud applause that can be heard from inside the Film Deviant closet to wherever you might be...because if this film has a shred of the amazingness on display in this trailer...you have succeeded in creating something really cool! Bravo to you, dear sir! Everyone else...I will see you at the local theater on February 24th!
