FUCK YES!
There are a small handful of things that make a Deviant truly happy in this world. Like...really truly happy. The new trailer for the indie horror film Deathgasm, written and directed by Jason Lei Howden has most of those things that brings happiness and joy to this dark corner of the internet. I mean...just take a look at that glorious screenshot from said trailer up above and you might have a shred of understanding of how amazing Deathgasm is. I mean...we haven't even seen the film...and I wanna put it on my best of 2015 list!
The basic premise involves two young metalheads who inadvertently summon some demons while practicing the black arts because they're bored. I mean...come the fuck on, man! My ticket(s) is sold! Here's that teaser trailer that I've been raving about!
While there is no release date currently available for this beautiful film, I can say that Dark Sky are distributors so we may be getting the 3 theater/VOD treatment really soon. Deathgasm is also slated to premiere at the SXSW festival in a couple of weeks...so, there's that. I don't remember the last time a film shot up to my number one most anticipated horror film of the year simply by watching a one minute teaser...but, my hopes are high for this one! We'll keep you posted.
