DEVIANT SHORT FILM WEEK: Required Viewing

Today...we're gonna go easy on the words and focus on some really great films that really deserve your full attention. So, grab yourself a bowl of popcorn, sit back and enjoy these 5 terrifying tales of innocent love, badass exorcists, emotional anguish, babysitters in peril and surf zombies!

I LOVE SARAH JANE
(2008) SPENCER SUSSER

I love this film. It combines innocence with good old fashioned horror and injects just the right emotional drive. A truly inspirational film with some traditional horror elements.

DEUS IRAE
(2010) PEDRO CRISTIANI

Let's speed things up a little with this import from Argentina. It blends horror, comedy and action quite nicely in this tale of a secret order of priests protecting the world from evil. This needs to be a feature!

LOVE HURTS
(2011) SHARIFF NASR

Feel like a nice tension-filled 6 minute film full of psychological torment and well-earned jump scares? Love Hurts  is your film!

RED BALLOON
(2010) DAMIEN MACE, ALEXIS WAJSBROT

Speaking of tension...the UK definitely know their way around a good horror story. This one takes the old tale of a babysitter in the wrong house to a whole new creepy level. Great camera work, too. Hey...fancy a threesome?

BRUTAL RELAX
(2010) ADRIAN CARDONA, RAFA DENGRA, DAVID MUNOZ

Sometimes you just want some fucking beach zombies!

Thanks for watching!
